Urban Republic by Switch Malaysia is a lifestyle tech concept store that redefines how customers interact with technology and design. Tasked with translating this bold retail vision into a tangible environment, our team crafted an interior that merges minimalism with functionality—delivering an experience that is sleek, intuitive, and immersive. Every spatial and structural decision was made to support Urban Republic’s mission of blending innovation with everyday lifestyle.
The interior design reflects a clean, futuristic aesthetic—anchored by neutral tones, strategic lighting, and an open, free-flowing layout. Polished concrete textures and warm wood finishes create a balanced contrast, giving the store a modern yet welcoming feel. Emphasis was placed on spatial clarity and product visibility, encouraging customers to move freely and interact with displays.
Lighting was integrated seamlessly with the architectural rhythm to provide even, glare-free illumination. The walls and floor finishes were selected for durability and easy maintenance, without compromising on style.

We designed and built a full suite of custom fixtures tailored to Urban Republic’s modular retail needs. These included:
